I started joining the Meetings at night and find it very informative, if you are serious about change and would like to understand yourself better, I would highly recommend taking the first step by joining the meetings.

Dealing with ARC and Mental Wellness has been an amazing positive experience from Jade, the receptionist, Christopher, Kirsty and Keana. I have always felt a warm welcome and caring people who offer you the most amazing attention.
I've attended Keana sessions and found her sessions most insightful, very positive, and always leave with a feeling that I have gained and learnt more than when I arrived. Keana's way of speaking, presenting a topic in layman's terms, is wonderful.
Keep it up, Keana and all at ARC.
